Step 1

Quote & Survey

It all starts with a free, no-obligation quote. A member of our team will visit your home (or arrange a virtual survey) to assess what needs moving, discuss any specialist requirements, and recommend the best service.

Step 2

Packing & Prep

Once booked, we’ll confirm dates and help you get prepared. You can choose to pack yourself or opt for our full packing service which includes boxes, materials, and even furniture dismantling. We’ll make sure everything is ready to go before move day.

Step 3

Move Day

Our trained team arrives on time, handles your belongings with care, and loads everything securely using specialist equipment and air ride vehicles. Whether you’re moving across town or cross-country, we’ll get you there safely and stress-free.

Step 4

Delivery & Unpack

At your new home, we’ll unload everything to the rooms of your choice. If requested, we’ll also help with reassembly of furniture and unpacking essentials. The job’s not done until you’re settled in.

  • Prices vary depending on the size of the move, distance, and any additional services. Our costs are based on a full team of professional movers, moving supplies, insurance, tools and one or more vans.

     

    Average UK starting prices for short-distance moves based on property size are below:

     

    • 1-bedroom: £400

    • 2-bedroom: £600

    • 3-bedroom: £900

    • 4-bedroom: £1,400

    • 5-bedroom: £2,000
       

    These figures typically cover a full team of professional movers, loading, transport, and unloading. Additional services like packing and storage may incur extra charges.

    We do offer a free, no-obligation quote to ensure the cost of your move is reflective of the exact goods and services that you require. If you already have a budget in mind, we’re happy to work within this as best as we can.

  • Yes! We can handle everything from full packing to just providing boxes and materials if you prefer to pack yourself.

  • Yes, we are fully insured for every move we carry out, giving you peace of mind from start to finish. Standard Liability cover is included in the cost of every move, covering your goods in line with our terms and conditions. You can also upgrade to an Enhanced Liability cover that offers greater protection, covering items on a like-for-like replacement basis.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible - ideally 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, however we can usually accommodate more short-notice requests with a degree of flexibility.

  • Absolutely. Our team is trained to safely dismantle and reassemble furniture as needed.

  • Yes, we offer short-term and long-term storage solutions in secure, monitored facilities.

  • We are unable to transport or store hazardous materials, perishable food, or items prohibited by law. We can provide a full list before your move.

  • This will depend on the size and distance. Most local moves will be completed within the same day, but we can also be flexible and provide secure short-term storage if you need some time in between. We can give you an accurate time estimate once we’ve fully assessed your needs. 

  • Yes, we handle both residential and commercial moves with tailored solutions for businesses.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer a man and van service, as we find this doesn't meet the standard of service our customers have come to expect from our business.

  • We keep things simple and secure. For domestic moves, payment is required in advance to secure your booking - once you’re happy with the quote and date, we’ll send an invoice which can be paid by bank transfer (BACS) or credit/debit card.

     

    For commercial clients, we’ll issue an invoice after the move, with payment due according to the agreed terms.

     

    If you have any questions about payment options or timing, our team is happy to help.

  • We typically aim to arrive by 8:30 or 9:00am on your moving day, depending on your location and the details of your move. An earlier or later start can be arranged on request and we’ll confirm the exact arrival time with you in advance.

    If you have any special requirements, like access restrictions at your new property, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
