They are not machines and therefore an understanding of and allowance for the difficulties that arise ensures that the service provided to the customer is uninterrupted and maintained to their requirements, if the management team are sufficiently experienced and committed to recognise where they need to motivate, adapt or change their personnel, they can ensure the smooth running of the service.

Our length of service to customers is of great importance to us. We work to establish an acceptable standard and to maintain that standard to the customer's satisfaction. We invite competition; to establish that our charges are competitive and ensure that through our trade suppliers and associations, we keep our customers informed of the latest developments within the industry to enable us to provide the best available service.

Peter Fahey established the Company on these principles and ensured that Andrew served his apprenticeship carrying out cleaning, supervision, management and Area management for 8 years until 1991 when Andrew became a Director of the Company and is now Managing Director.

To quote the European Cleaning Journal (November 1998, issue) cleaning is an "In your blood business" and Andrew has endeavoured to establish a reputation for hands on management and viewing at first hand the service supplied, coupled with the need for a professional service which is required and expected by our clients.
